Dispute

A dispute may be filed when a Cardholder sees a charge that they do not agree with. The charge may be the wrong amount, charged twice, or maybe a case where the goods and/or services did not meet the Cardholder’s expectations. Other billing errors such as mathematical errors, erroneously posted debits or credits can be disputed as well:

Authorized - Cardholder used their card/card number to the merchant

Unauthorized - Cardholder has no knowledge about the transaction

Invalid - Transactions that are difficult to dispute
